When I started out my journey with Tiidelab, I was a bit confused, scared and afraid... I had a lot of things going on, a postgraduate admission, a full time job, a full time training at Tiidelab etc

Making a decision was tough

This will be the second time I will be offered admission for the course I chose to study for my masters degree

I have spent a lot of money, I had to rewrite WAEC Exam just to go for this masters which was why I asked my self some salient questions but despite this, I still couldn't decide

Two months into my training at Tiidelab, my eyes of understanding was enlightened like Paul's prayer for us...

Mr Shams (Shamsudeen Aderoju) took us a class on Complex Decision Making..

He made us understand that Decision Making is one of the most important functions in our lives and in management.

Even though it may be complex, especially when :

• Problem is not considered a threat
• In an uncertain situation
• When someone lacks the requisite knowledge etc

This particular class opened my eyes to some certain things I wasn't aware of..

It made my decision making process smooth and I can confidently say that the decision I made is the best, it's the one that will give me "that expected end".

In this second month, I was opportuned to meet Mr Kenny Lukman, our Javascript Tutor

The way he demystifies Javascript for us is on another level...

He made us understand that

For (learningProgramming) { If((Determination != important) & & (willingnessToPutInWork != mandatory )) { Leaving programming should be considered } else{ You will just be wasting your time } }

Tiidelab understands how important Design Thinking is to us as programmers..

We were taught how to solve problems innovatively through design thinking and this processes includes : Empathy Define Ideate Prototype etc.

The highlight of the second month at Tiidelab is the august visitor that we had in the month of August!

Father of many generations, the retired CEO of Techspecialist Consulting Limited, Mr. Salami Kadir...

He came to Lagos meet-up and shared with us from his wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience on how we can forever be employable!

It's been a great journey so far and I am looking forward to learning, growing and becoming a top notch software developer through my learning at Tiidelab..
